When you request an astrology report, we collect your date of birth, time of birth, gender, and the AI-generated report produced from those inputs. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information through the report generation flow. If you submit the contact form on our homepage, your name and message are sent directly to us via your own email client; we do not store contact form submissions on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to generate your personalised BaZi astrology report and to improve the quality and accuracy of our AI model over time. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
3. Third Parties
PayPal processes your payment; we do not store any payment data and PayPal's own privacy policy governs your transaction. An AI service provider generates your report; your birth data is transmitted to this provider solely for that purpose. A secure cloud database provider located in the United States holds your birth information and generated report.
4. Data Retention
We retain only what is necessary to provide and improve our service — nothing more.

6. Do Not Track
We do not use advertising networks, third-party trackers, or cross-site tracking technologies. As a result, Do Not Track browser signals have no practical effect on your experience — we do not engage in the tracking behaviours DNT is designed to prevent.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
