1. What We Provide

We produce personalised readings based on BaZi (八字, Four Pillars) — a traditional East Asian method of analysis — interpreted with the assistance of AI models trained on our practitioner's frameworks. Reports, daily and monthly guidance, compatibility analyses, and community features are provided for personal insight and reflection.

Our readings are not professional advice. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional services, and must not be relied upon as such. Decisions you make after reading them remain entirely your own.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a report, create an account, or take part in community features. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide about yourself is accurate.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account, which is identified by your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@senwisdom.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Purchases and Payment

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars. Payments made on our website are processed by PayPal; payments made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Reports are digital goods delivered as soon as they are generated. Where a promotional code, experience pass, or test link applies, its own limits — number of uses, expiry, and scope — apply in addition to these Terms, and we may deactivate a code at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Some offerings — including 命曆 (Personal Almanac) and 同频会员 Plus — are recurring subscriptions. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription bought inside the iOS app at any time in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. For subscriptions purchased on our website, cancel from your member area or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Because reports are generated individually and delivered immediately, they are generally not refundable once produced. If something goes wrong — a report fails to generate, arrives incomplete, or you are charged twice — write to us and we will put it right.

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund policy; requests for those must be made to Apple, not to us.

7. Your Content and Ours

The reading we produce for you is yours to keep, print, and share privately. The service itself — our texts, interpretive frameworks, designs, and software — remains our property. You may not resell our reports, present them as your own work, or use automated means to copy, scrape, or reproduce the service in bulk.

Where you post in the community or write letters to other members, you keep ownership of what you write and grant us permission to display it to the people it is addressed to, as the feature intends.

8. Community Conduct

Our community features exist for people looking for genuine connection. Do not harass, deceive, impersonate, or solicit other members; do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit; and do not use the service to advertise or recruit. We may remove content, suspend an account, or end access where these rules are broken.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that AI-generated text will be free of error, or that any particular outcome will follow from using it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms as the service develops; the effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are broken or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
